The host was very polite. He even accommodated my early arrival. my room had unique decorations and double-glazed windows. coffee pads and biscuits were provided.

the room felt cluttered because of unnecessary furniture. i did not receive a response about the offered parking permits though i got automatic messages.

Acceptable, But Room Service Declined Quickly

I was told the room would be serviced daily by 15:00. The service declined after the first day. Only the bed was made after the second night. Just one towel was replaced. No fresh towels were provided on the final night. The water bottles in the fridge were left empty, so we could not shower properly.

I adored the convenient location. It was super close to many cafés and restaurants! The room offered plenty of space for luggage and clothing. Amgad was helpful, especially when I needed assistance with checking in, very appreciated!

The room felt cluttered. I think the space could have been used more efficiently.
