Rooms & Amenities

27 Brighton Guesthouse is housed in a Regency-style building from 1840. Rooms include flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, tea and coffee makers, and luxury toiletries. Some rooms offer views of the garden. All rooms come with David Bramwell's Cheeky Guide to Brighton and a complimentary decanter of sherry.

Dining Options

Breakfast is served in a period dining room with five tables set with white linen and Willow pattern china. The menu includes fresh fruit, yogurt, porridge, granola, and hot dishes like a full English breakfast with crispy bacon, baked tomatoes, and field mushrooms. Plenty of good-quality coffee is served.

Location & Transport

The guesthouse is on Upper Rock Gardens, a 5-minute walk from the beach and 10 minutes from the Royal Pavilion and North Laine. It is 1.5 km from Churchill Square Shopping Centre and 45 km from London Gatwick Airport. A bus stop is a minute away, and on-street parking costs £10 per day.

Leisure & Surroundings

The area offers hiking and biking trails, cycling, and proximity to Kemptown, SEA LIFE Brighton, and the Brighton Open Market. The property mainly attracts couples and does not allow group events or parties such as stag or hen parties.

Services & Policies

There is a two-night minimum stay on weekends and a three-night minimum over bank holidays and Pride weekend. All rooms except the ground-floor single are accessible via a staircase with handrails. Ironing facilities are available in rooms.
