The area offers hiking and biking trails, cycling, and proximity to Kemptown, SEA LIFE Brighton, and the Brighton Open Market. The property mainly attracts couples and does not allow group events or parties such as stag or hen parties.

There is a two-night minimum stay on weekends and a three-night minimum over bank holidays and Pride weekend. All rooms except the ground-floor single are accessible via a staircase with handrails. Ironing facilities are available in rooms.
